I don't know the Paris Minibus' Disneyland schedule. If you can contact them, they will enlighten you about the price and details.
Whatever the case, if you don't have to make a budget, it is of course best to get to Paris and back comfortably in a shuttle driven by a Turkish driver, but I don't think you will have any difficulty getting to and from the city with RER when necessary.
