(Last Update: 04.03.2024) Our venue in this article is amazing Opera Garnier Located right next to the building beautiful beautiful l'Entracte Restaurant…The reason I use the expression “beautiful” is not because I claim that it is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Paris, but of course because it is one of my favorite restaurants in Paris due to its location, atmosphere and good memories. (IMPORTANT NOTE: Since there is currently restoration work on the exterior of Opéra Garnier, its view is not as impressive as I stated in this article.)
I always say; What makes a place beautiful are the beautiful memories you have there, as well as its atmosphere and service quality. I always ate good food with nice people and shared nice things at l'Entracte Restaurant; As in many other restaurants and cafes in Paris… That's why this place A Week in Paris It is also included in my book.

I've been here a few times for coffee and even had dinner downstairs a few times, but since my visits always coincided with lunch, I usually ate quickly and went on with my day. Later Opera GarnierThat evening, when we were going to watch "Abduction from the Seraglio" with Devrim in , we wanted to eat something before the show and this place caught our eye in the area. Actually Café de la PaixWe wanted to go to , but since we had little time and didn't have enough time to enjoy it, we chose this place.
If it were up to us, we would have sat downstairs and had our meal, but when the downstairs was full, they said we could find a place upstairs… Good thing there was no room downstairs :) We went upstairs: What a beautiful place it was. Garnier It has a view... The windows were full, but we could still see the magnificent opera house from the table we were sitting at.
When I told them we were going to the opera, I was very surprised that they made the service twice as fast, although they said “"What will happen to you in cafes and restaurants?" As I mentioned in my article, getting fast service in Paris is a very rare thing. Well, I can't say that the service is very fast here either, but we should be thankful that it is above average :)
The food is nice, the prices are around Paris average… Although The French have menus consisting of an entree, main course and dessert. They love it, but I can only eat one main course, so I don't know how their stomachs can take that much :) If I'm in the mood, maybe a glass of wine with it; Well, when I finally have a cup of coffee, both my stomach and my palate are happy. It is "reasonable" to pay 20€ - 25€ for dinner for such a meal under Paris conditions...
We ate well and quickly and went to the opera, and while we were leaving, we dreamed of sitting by the window the next time we came...
Our next visit to L'Entracte Restaurant was thanks to dear Gülçin. As a surprise, he came to Paris for a business trip and stayed with us for the weekend. Opera GarnierWe chose a beautiful ballet to watch in . Our dream was to eat at L'Entracte Restaurant on the evening of the ballet. That evening, we came here again in a limited time, went upstairs again, and this time we were lucky to find one of the three tables by the window empty... On a Friday evening, without an appointment, such a thing is pure luck :)
It was another wonderful dinner; That being the case, it became inevitable for me to write about L'Entracte, which I went to several times, loved and left with good memories :) My claim is definitely not to say "the most delicious food is eaten there" or "the most beautiful restaurant is here". Like everyone else, I have sub-criteria and must-haves; Any additional value above these is enough for me to love that place. When your philosophy of life is not to find problems but to see beauties, and when the minimum criteria are met wherever you go, it is up to you to make life more beautiful and enjoy the moment more.
Moreover, although L'Entracte Restaurant is not a place to be praised, in my opinion, it is a restaurant that deserves attention. Especially Opera Garnier The view is very important to me…
