(Last Update: 04.03.2024) One of my favorite corners of Paris is Passy... Is there any corner of Paris that I don't like? Passy, Eiffel TowerJust on the northwest side of 16th. boroughIt is a beautiful neighborhood in . Same as this district Café Le Passy is one of my favorite cafes to go to. This cafe, which overlooks a cute little square, is one of the places I only visit to sit at the tables with high stools on both sides of the bar at the entrance and have a coffee.

Actually, Café Le Passy is also a beautiful restaurant. This restaurant part of the cafe reminds me of the patisseries on the Harbiye side. I've had a lot of coffee here, but I've only eaten at the restaurant two or three times at most. Whenever I go to Café Le Passy, I have to sit on those high stools at the entrance and watch the outside while drinking my coffee. In fact, there is no one happier than me when I see that the only table in front of the window overlooking the main street rather than the back street is empty.

In fact, there are hundreds of such cafes in Paris, but your experiences, your memories, and your mood that day make you love some places more than others. Of course, for me, the location and view are as important as the place itself. In Istanbul, sea or Bosphorus view is the first priority, but when it comes to Paris, of course you have to settle for a cafe overlooking a spacious, beautiful place, a spacious square, albeit small :)

Passy (pasi) A cute neighborhood of Paris. I think Parisians say “classIt is perceived as one of the places. For me, it is just one of the most beautiful corners of Paris. Even if a person has a lot of money, where can he come from in Paris? buying a house He cannot decide whether he should…

Even if a person whose money is enough to buy many houses tries to buy all the houses he likes, he will be confused about which one he will live in :) That's why the best thing is to choose a "base" for yourself and live there, and then travel somewhere else every day to enjoy Paris.

Of course, over time, areas that suit your tastes are formed automatically and your life begins to develop within that framework. I still make sure to step out of the cycle I have created without realizing it and wander around in different places. Even though routine is warm and protective, discovering new places is always enriching…

Café Le Passy is a great place to drink coffee, but since the cafe section is small, finding a place can be a problem. Also, after the last renovation, the tarpaulins are now blue, not red 😉

Here by subway If you want to come, the easiest (and most beautiful) M6 of the line Passy You get off at the station. This station is right next to the metro Pont de Bir Hakeim The point where it comes to the surface before crossing the bridge. It passes over the bridge below Seine RiverAn interesting island right in the middle of Swan Island Features. Maison de Balzac – House of Balzac ve Musée du Vin – Wine Museum Also very close to the cafe.

Passy station itself is beautiful, the view towards the bridge and the street as you climb the stairs... When you reach the top of the hill, you reach the square, you see Café Le Passy right in front of you, on the left.

I hope you visit this place at the first opportunity and remember me with a smile while sitting and drinking a coffee...

Enjoy your meal…

  1. Hello Mr. Ahmet,

I enjoy following your articles that you embroider like lace. I followed your advice during my last trip to Paris and remembered you with a sincere smile. It was a coffee break that I felt both as a spectator and a spectator of the life that goes by. Best regards from Ankara
