(Last Update: 22.10.2025) In this text Free Wi-Fi Service in Paris, Internet Options Abroad And I would like to share with you what I know about which ready-made card is the most suitable.

This is about internet use in Paris. on the map in the link as you can see Free Wi-Fi is available in many points. Champs-Elysees Important boulevards such as: If you want to benefit from the free Wi-Fi service provided by the Municipality of Paris, you can benefit from this service by selecting the “PARIS_WI-FI_” option when you turn on your Wi-Fi. No lie, I've never tried it since I don't need it, but I wonder where these Wi-Fi hotspots are. on the map in this link you can find.

Also in Paris at all main train stations da free wifi service available. You can try your luck by asking the waiter for the Wi-Fi password in most restaurants and cafes. Known most popular free Wi-Fi hotspots StarbucksThere are international chains such as Mc Donald's. Charles de Gaulle Airport ve Orly AirportThere is also free Wi-Fi at . Your hotel will most likely have free internet too, don't worry. Also, airport shuttles RoissyBus on buses such as, some larger metro ve RER Free Wi-Fi is also becoming widespread in stations.

Of course, free Wi-Fi is never quite enough. Finding it is one problem, connecting it is another problem... Moreover, Security vulnerability when you connect to an unfamiliar free Wi-Fi network There is a problem. In this case, using your current line abroad, buying a ready card from a local company, buying from global companies e-sim card take or rent a modem It may be necessary. Naturally I I don't know which GSM operators in Turkey offer the most economical package outside of Türkiye. loves I can make suggestions about a few of the services offered by French GSM companies:

International Internet and Free Wi-Fi Pariste.Net

Prepaid card The first GSM company I will mention as an option is SFR (eSeFeR or eSeFeĞĞ). of this company Welcome Card The options offered and the price are constantly changing. Therefore, you can check the current application and price. from its own website Check it out if you want. You can buy this card from SFR boutiques. Charles de Gaulle Airport ve Orly AirportNewsstand in relayYou can get it from . They will help you with what you need to do after receiving the card. Because you get a code after inserting the card etc., it's complicated :)

Another big GSM company Bouygues (buyig) will happen. It also has packages with ready-made card options, internet use and international calling rights. If you wish, you can check the current prices from this link Check it out. The only downside of Bouygues is that it does not have a boutique in airports. In this link You can find the closest Bouygues boutique to you by typing the postal code of your hotel's address (75001, 75009, etc.) on the map.

Likewise, another GSM company Orange (orange or oganj) also has a similar package, its prices are also at this link you can find. Orange also does not have boutiques in airports. Same way in this link You can find the nearest boutique on the map. I used Bouygues for 5,5 years after I first moved to Paris, then I switched to Orange but I didn't stay long.

For a long time too Free I use it and I am very satisfied. Especially when I spend a long time in Turkey, it becomes very economical when I switch to the lowest tariff. Also on his website from this link .

I don't know very well Lycamobile ve Lebara There are also cheaper options such as relay You can buy it from stores, but as I said, I have not personally tried any of the options I mentioned in this article. Also Holafly There are services that offer e-SIM options such as, but I have not tried that yet. You can do some research and see if you want. Maybe those who read this article and have had experience would like to share what they know with us.. I'm just trying to gather the options and present them together.

International Internet and Free Wi-Fi Pariste.Net

I think the important thing now is to be able to connect to the internet when you are in another country, not the GSM network subscription.. Because thanks to applications such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, we can now talk to anyone over the internet. In this case, GSM membership seems to have no meaning. We need to somehow connect to paid or free Wi-Fi.

I hope you have internet freedom abroad and that our internet is always free,

Pleasant trips, pleasant discoveries.

I only buy a data card. It is both cheap and easy to process. (Pochette Prêt à surfer Data-only SIM).
    10gb-25gb, 1 week-5 month for 1-1 €. The only internet line I use. Whats-up for conversation. Practical.

    Hello Mr. Ahmet,

I would like to share my experience with you and the readers. During our trip to Paris on 16-24 April 2018, I was able to use my internet, SMS and voice minutes in Turkey in the same way in Paris by paying 16,90 TL per day by using the red-featured tariff of my Vodafone line. Once you turn your phone on and off, you will not have any problems again.

I would like to talk about the places with and without wifi, the Opera House (Palais Garnier) does not have a wifi network, but there is an Apple sales point nearby, the internet is very good there. Galeries Lafayette has a wifi network. Sacred Heart Basilica (Sacré-Cœur) Basilica does not have a wifi network, Notre There is no wifi network in the Dame Cathedral, there is an alternative cafe there, while walking towards Panise, there is a place where the buses that take you around the city are waiting, you can connect to their network. The Louvre Museum has a wifi network. The Orsay Museum does not have a wifi network. The Eiffel Tower (tour Eiffel) has a wifi network. The Palace of Versailles (Château de Versailles) has a wifi network. Luxembourg garden (Jardin du Luxembourg) has a wifi network. There is no wifi network at any point in Disneyland. These are what I remember, I hope it will be useful. I wish everyone a good trip.

      Hello Mr. Mehmet,
The information you provide is really valuable.
      Thanks for sharing with us.
      Have a nice trip.
      Greetings loves…

  3. Hello Mr. Ahmet,

Do you have any information about whether the Orange line purchased from France operates at the same tariff in Belgium and the Netherlands? Thanks.

    • Hello,
The Holiday package seems to offer a call and internet package valid throughout Europe. However, I did not fully understand whether you can call only France, all European countries or the whole world in the European countries you visit.

  4. Hello,
I wanted to share my own experiences on this very important issue. 🙂 During my visit last year, after long research, I bought a data line and 2GB internet from Orange. It was easy to get it, the surly employees in the shop helped me, they filled out the forms etc., I showed the passport, they also wanted a French address, I gave them the address of the hotel. I bought it and went with our prepaid line logic. The first day was great, I used it very easily. On other days, for some reason, we could not establish any connection. I went back to the place where I bought it, I tried hard but in vain, I finally gave up. I had a glass of cold water for over 40 euros.
During my trip this year, I used my own Turkish line's internet. I can say that it was quite salty. Namely, my hotel had free internet and the speed was extremely good. I have never accessed free internet on the street. In fact, it would be fair to say that I have never accessed the internet on the street. Regardless of social media and such, I only looked at metro lines etc. Despite this, huge amounts of money flowed through my Turkish line. If you accidentally watch cat videos, I don't even want to think about the bill.
There was no free internet at Disneyland this year. I don't know if it has arrived now.
Long story short, internet is expensive abroad. I prefer to relax a bit and get away from everything during my stay. That's why the internet in the hotel is enough for me from evening to evening. But if necessary for emergencies, I suggest you be prepared for the incoming bill.
    Cheers,

    • Hello,
It is very valuable for such experiences to be written as comments, so thank you.
During my trip to Rio de Janeiro in December 2016, I thought it would be more economical to use my Vodafone Turkey line and bought a package for 90TL. For 10 days, I could only make a call on the first day, I hope you are right again :) I wrote and complained, but I did not get any results. Let me at least pour out my heart and greet Vodafone Turkey...
