Au Panetier had been in service since 1890, but as I said, it changed hands in 2017, or rather, it was incorporated into Le Moulin de la Vierge next door. To be honest, I have never tried the side section, I sit in this section every time I go. I cannot say that the service quality is as good as it used to be in the last few times I went.
